Job Overview

TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.

What your background should look like:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, business partnering, and strategic HR initiatives.

Written and spoken English
In-depth knowledge of NOM-035 and Mexican labor laws. Experience working with HRIS systems and HR software.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Internal Communication: Design and implement effective communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across teams

  • Engagement: Develop, execute, and measure employee engagement strategies and initiatives. Analyse engagement survey results, identify areas of improvement, and implement action plans. Foster a workplace culture that values open feedback, recognition, and employee contributions.

  • Events: Organize and execute employee engagement events, including team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Work with leadership to ensure events are aligned with the company’s core values and business objectives.

  • Corporative Programs: Collaborate with ERG leaders to ensure effective development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Succession plans: Provide insights into leadership development opportunities and potential gaps in the talent pipeline.

  • HRIS (Human Resources Information System): Oversee the effective use of HRIS systems to manage employee data, track performance, and streamline HR processes.
