Job Overview

Provides support for and monitors security-related risks, procedures, and events.

Job Requirements

El Lider del Equipo de Seguridad de las Instalaciones es responsable de mantener un entorno seguro dentro del sitio de manufactura. Este puesto apoya el control de accesos, rondines, reporte de incidentes y la protección de empleados, visitantes, equipos e instalaciones. Sigue procedimientos establecidos y contribuye al buen funcionamiento del sitio.

 Control de Accesos

  • Monitorea y controla la entrada y salida de empleados, contratistas y visitantes.
  • Verifica gafetes, identificaciones, pases de visitante y documentación de entregas.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento de reglas de acceso y reporta intentos no autorizados.

Rondines y Vigilancia

  • Realiza rondines en áreas de producción, almacenes, perímetro exterior y estacionamientos.
  • Monitorea cámaras CCTV, alarmas y sistemas de control de acceso.
  • Identifica condiciones inusuales como puertas sin asegurar, daños o actividad sospechosa.
  • Control de actividades en cubierta (azotea de planta)

Seguridad y Respuesta a Incidentes

  • Reporta incidentes, peligros o condiciones inseguras al equipo correspondiente.
  • Apoya en emergencias como evacuaciones, alarmas de incendio y eventos médicos.
  • Refuerza el cumplimiento de reglas del sitio como uso de PPE y áreas restringidas.

Protección de Activos y Logística

  • Supervisa la entrada y salida de vehículos como camiones, proveedores y mensajería.
  • Verifica documentación de embarques y recibos cuando sea requerido.
  • Previene el robo, daño a propiedad y pérdida de materiales.

Documentación y Comunicación

  • Mantiene registros de incidentes, bitácoras de visitantes y reportes diarios.
  • Comunica riesgos u observaciones relevantes a supervisores.
  • Apoya inspecciones o investigaciones internas cuando es necesario.

What your background should look like

Educación Secundaria como mínimo y/o media superior o equivalente. 

1–2 años de experiencia en seguridad, fuerzas armadas o áreas similares. 

Conocimiento básico de sistemas CCTV, control de acceso y uso de radio comunicación. 

Capacidad para caminar o permanecer de pie por periodos prolongados.
