EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Job Overview
Acts as the lead for administrative tasks, introducing and implementing best practices and providing guidance to administrative staff.
Job Requirements
Provides professional administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details in a department or functional area within the company, performing office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements and submits expense reports, documentation, draft executive presentations, and file maintenance.
Ensures that departmental operations comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Schedules meetings and related requirements for departmental staff, including reserving conference rooms, catering, and A/V equipment if necessary.
Provides additional support to Americas HR Director.
What your background should look like
Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Business/Administration/Human Resources)
• 5+ years’ experience, as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, additional language skills a plus
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours with advance notice to support various time-zones
• Experience working in a HR structure or exposure to procurement processes/systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
with competing deadlines
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office 360 (i.e. PPT, Excel, TEAMS, and SharePoint)
• Customer centricity and demonstrated success working in a cross-cultural environment
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take work
independently
