TE Connectivity's Corporate Strategy Teams develop long-range objectives and strategic plans for our corporation by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and profitability. They support the creation and implementation of business plans, strategy, and initiatives to meet customer's and business needs.

Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:

Experience in a similar rol 5 years

Bachelor's degree in Criminalistics or similar.
SAP, OFFICE    
English (written and spoken)
CTPAT Certification    
Ethics and professionalism

Daily activities:
1.    Ensure proper access control 2.
2. Review of CCTV system for event investigation.
3.    Complete BCP on time and table exercise.
4.    Complete crisis management plan on time.
5.    Ensure compliance with supplier and contractor requirements.
6.    Ensure proper material outflows. 
7.    Supervision and coordination of private security personnel activities.
8.    Support and review of loss prevention areas. 
9.    Reviewing and ensuring optimal conditions of utility vehicle prior to use by personnel.
10.    Statistical analysis of incident reports made by security guards. 
11.    Statistical review of metrics and incidents for continuous improvement.
12.    Review of CTPAT certification activities and requirements.
13.    Oversight of K9 review and corrective actions of findings. 
14.    Support in EHS activities and reporting.
Periodic activities:
1. training to safety elements.
2.    Training of new personnel (Onboarding).
3.    Review and scheduling of CCTV maintenance. 
4.    Audit of controlled areas and access, keys, doors and lockers.
5.    Supervision of valuables service (SEPSA).
6.    Custody service management for the transfer of MP. 
7.    Auditing of MP in Platinum and Vault and follow-up of findings.
8.    Evidence and custody of Reclaim.
9.    Updating of procedures in the area of Property Security.
