Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support departmental administrative processes and operational activities.
- Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring timely approvals and invoice management.
- Monitor departmental expenses and maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and required documentation for employees and business visitors.
- Support the planning and logistics of domestic and international visits, meetings, and events.
- Maintain communication with vendors and service providers regarding administrative and operational requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electronic and physical records in compliance with company procedures.
- Support internal processes by coordinating requests, approvals, and follow-up activities across multiple functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and support process standardization.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
- Incomplete degree with related experience or recent graduate
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
