Job Overview

Responsable administrativo de compras / inventarios en el área de Tool Crib.

Job Requirements

Educación:

TSU, carrera trunca o terminada de Ingeniería en Mecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afín.

  • Mínima de 1 año en procesos de inventario .
  • Proceso de compras / cotizaciones.
  • Re orden de compras.
  • Ciclocuentos.
  • Ingles necesario para enviar correos y solicitudes de compras.
  • Uso de máquinas y herramientas.
  • Habilidad para resolver problemas.
  • Uso de Paquete office (Excel avanzado).
  • ** Plus: Uso de SAP

What your background should look like

Actividades diarias:

 

  1. Actualización de los puntos de reorden MRP.
  2. Revisión de consumo de Tooling.
  3. Generar PR-PO en base al sistema. (punto de reorden)
  4. Actualización de formatos/métricos de consumo. 
  5. Actualización en plataforma de importación Crossdock.
  6. Administración el buen funcionamiento de productos químicos.
  7. Mantener la fiabilidad en el inventario de químicos.
  8. Colaboración para el control y administración de 5s+1.
  9. Creación de hojas de trabajo estándar y ayudas visuales.
  10. Creación de ATS para posible retorno de material.
