Job Overview

The Project Manager will plan, execute, and control the development and deployment of strategic new HR projects, lead Change Management and processes within the INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL TRANSPORTATION, this role will interact with global stakeholders and the successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate and motivate local and global teams, influence global stakeholders (TE internal as well as external customers), and cause sustaining projects to be profitably developed and successfully deployed. 

As an ICT HR PMO, you are responsible for:

  • ICT Rotational Program 
  • ICT Internship Program 
  • Strategic Talent Projects (I&D, talent/leadership development)
  • Organization Changes (Design/M&A etc) 
  • Engagement Champion (reporting, HRBP support)
  • Additional responsibilities a needed and assigned

What your background should look like:


  • Minimum of 2 years of project management or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Advanced English)
  • BA/BS degree is required, MA/MS is preferred 
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification a plus                   
  • Knowledge of HR operations and key HR processes 
  • Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to create clarity in a highly matrixed global organization 
  • Lead - Change Management / human resources change process experience
  • Proficient Communication and Presentation skills  
  • Must be able to effectively work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to travel internationally
