Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation with Unions (CTM preferred)
  • Personnel attention in different needs
  • Coordination of the different providers to personnel services
  • Weekly reports of absenteeism in Excel/TRESS System
  • Lending administration / Saving funds
  • Follow up of immigration procedures of administrative personnel

Experience required: 

  • 4 years minimum of experience in Human Resources 
  • Experience in Labor Relations (in manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering

Specific knowledge required:

  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Office
  • TRESS System (desired)
  • Pay sheet
  • Providers treatment
  • Conflict management
  • Federal Labor Law Knowledge
