Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency.
- SAP experience.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Production & Demand Planning
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and business priorities.
- Create, release, and manage production orders.
- Monitor production plan adherence and implement schedule adjustments as needed.
- Analyze demand trends and capacity requirements.
Material & Inventory Management
- Monitor material availability to support production requirements.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while balancing operational constraints.
- Analyze inventory performance and implement improvement actions.
Supplier & Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate with suppliers to support material availability and delivery commitments.
- Monitor open purchase orders and supplier performance.
- Coordinate import activities and material shipments.
Systems & Reporting
- Execute planning transactions and exception messages in SAP.
- Generate and analyze reports related to production, inventory, and delivery performance.
- Support operational and financial forecasting activities.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.
- Support quality audits and capacity analysis activities.
- Lead or contribute to supply chain improvement projects.
