Responsibilities and Qualifications.

Supports current and future state value stream maps to identify & lead strategic projects within the current and future state training curriculum.

Foster the adoption of continuous improvement as a way life; creating a culture of change.

Proactively approach other functions and supply chain partners for end-to-end optimization as new tools are proactively implemented.

Mentor, lead, guide and direct talent from other functions, becoming a TE talent developer.

Contribute with your inputs to strategic decisions about major areas of process improvement.

Stakeholders management (Mid/Upper management.)

Highly focus on “hard savings” generation.

Utilize Lean and Six Sigma approaches to process improvements

Directly manage programs/projects based on demands and limited resources.
