Primary Purpose
As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality connector by accurately building component parts in line with work instructions and specifications. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while consistently meeting quality, efficiency, and output targets.

Assemble connector components to defined quality standards, minimising defects and rework.

Maintain excellent housekeeping standards to support a safe, organised, and efficient work environment.

Achieve required cycle times as defined in process routings, contributing to departmental efficiency targets.

Work independently with minimal supervision once trained, demonstrating reliability and self‑discipline.Collaborate effectively with team members to support workflow continuity and departmental performance.Consistently uphold required standards of Quality, Efficiency, and Housekeeping.
What your background should look like
- A good general standard of education, with the ability to understand and apply technical information.
- Confident in written and spoken English to accurately follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- A strong practical, mechanical aptitude, with the ability to demonstrate hands‑on problem‑solving skills.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Able to follow detailed work instructions and procedures with accuracy and consistency.
- Comfortable reading and accurately interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- A clear and confident communicator who can highlight potential process or technical improvements.Reliable, flexible, and willing to support the team by working additional hours when required.
