1. Job Summary

The Technical Sales Engineer will drive to grow mass market business through new demand creation, developing and optimizing sales distribution network in assigned territory. This role will include a broad range of responsibilities, which may include account management, distribution management, new business development, field application support etc.

 

2. Responsibilities                                  

  1.  New business development to drive sales growth with regional strategy         (25 %)
  2.  Responsible for the Sales revenue and new business pipe line target              (25 %)
  3.  Develop Distributors and Support distributor business grow                           (25 %)
  4.  Responsible for sales forecast timely and accurately in system                       (10 %)
  5.  Field application technical support to customers                                            (15 %)

3. Requirement

  1. Good technical background and sensor application knowledge
  2. Good Sales experience / skills in business development, new demand creation  
  3. Fluent English communication & presentation skills
  4. Good English capability both in Oral and writing
  5. Possess high sense of responsibility and integrity, willing to travel and have the drive
  6. Master’s in engineering or MBA (prefer)
  7. 5 ~ 7 years' ­sales experience in sensor company, preferably in foreign invested companies.

  1. Sales project management skills and multitask capability
  2. Cross function cooperation ability and customer-oriented spirit
