Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR restrictions.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferrable.
- 5- 10 years of experience in a quality function.
- CQE certification preferable.
- Experience in GD&T, problem analysis, customer/supplier interfacing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
What your background should look like
• Conduct PPAPs and AS9102 B FAIs for product development.
• Prepare MSAs and reliability studies for testing equipment.
• Lead Cross Functional Teams in RCCA.
• Update documentation and prepare corrective plans in response to quality issues.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Direct engineers and technicians in problem resolution.
• Develop inspection plans for components by interpreting engineering drawings.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $127,400-$ 191,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
