Job Overview
Participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations. The schedule for this opening is Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm to 12:30am.
Job Requirements
- Compiles systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc. and advises on process optimization.
- Participates in and monitors manufacturing processes; implements appropriate operation standards and follows production regulations.
- Reschedules manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.
- Guides junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary.
What your background should look like
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reading mechanical blueprints required.
- Manual mill/lathe experience and CNC mill/lathe experience highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of machinist experience required.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $68,400 – 102,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
