TE Connectivity’s R&D Senior Development Intern will work with cross-functional teams to develop industrial and military products (primarily LVDT’s and potentiometers) throughout all phases of NPD as well as helping to maintain existing product through cost downs or obsolescence.
Responsibilities
- Experience with 3D modelling, direct or parametric (SolidWorks experience preferred)
- Experience with simulation/analysis tools (FEA, Moldflow, CFD, etc)
- Experience with designing product for Additive Manufacturing/Rapid Prototyping technologies
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Create reports and presentations to communicate status updates and progress
- Coordinate with the engineering team and other departments to do CAD work

Education and Experience
- Degree in process for a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred from US accredited university.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $96,700- $ 116,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
