TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program은 향후 생산운영 및 엔지니어링 분야의 리더로 성장할 잠재력을 가진 우수한 경력 초기 인재를 위한 26개월 집중 육성 프로그램입니다.

첫 번째 로테이션에서는 연구개발·제품개발 엔지니어로 근무하며 자동차 제품개발의 탄탄한 기초를 다지게 됩니다. 숙련된 엔지니어 및 다양한 유관 부서와 협업하면서 엔지니어링 의사결정이 제품 성능과 사업 성과에 미치는 영향을 배우고, 경험이 풍부한 엔지니어링 리더의 지원과 코칭을 받아 정해진 설계 및 검증 산출물을 책임지고 수행합니다.

본 프로그램은 단순한 참관형 프로그램이 아닙니다. 빠르게 학습하고, 데이터를 활용하여 실제 비즈니스 문제를 해결하며, 측정 가능한 성과에 기여해야 합니다. 빠른 학습과 의미 있는 사업 과제 해결을 통해 향후 더 폭넓은 엔지니어링 리더 역할로 성장하고자 하는 인재를 위한 실무 중심의 리더십 개발 기회입니다.

본 직무는 중규모 프로젝트에서 자동차용 저전압·고전압·데이터 연결 커넥터 및 터미널의 개별 제품 또는 특정 설계 요소를 개발합니다. OEM 및 Tier 1 고객의 주요 일정과 요구사항을 바탕으로 납기·원가·품질 목표를 충족하는 것이 핵심 역할입니다.

Job Requirements

  • 제품 설계 및 설계 검증: 제품 도면을 작성하고 설계 검증을 수행합니다. DFMEA(설계 고장형태 및 영향분석), 설계 검증 계획 및 결과(DV Plan & Result), 부서 간 변경점 매트릭스(Cross-functional Change Point Matrix)를 작성·관리합니다.
  • 엔지니어링 도구 활용: 기본 엔지니어링 도구를 활용하여 목표한 결과를 도출할 수 있도록 선임 엔지니어를 지원합니다.
  • 고객 요구사항 및 제조 용이성 반영: 고객과 협업하여 요구 기능과 성능이 제조 용이성을 고려한 설계(DFM)에 정확히 반영되도록 합니다.
  • 제품 원가 경쟁력 개선: 제품 수명주기 전반에 걸쳐 가치 분석 및 가치 공학(VA/VE)을 적용하고, 회사와 시장 관점의 원가 효율성을 지속적으로 개선합니다.
  • 유관 부서 협업: 프로젝트 관리, 제조·공정개발 엔지니어링, 시험, 품질, 생산운영, 구매 및 SCM 부서와 협업하여 요구 품질을 충족하는 제품을 목표 일정과 원가에 맞춰 개발합니다.

첫 번째 로테이션 종료 시 기대 성과

  • 담당 프로젝트에 정해진 엔지니어링 산출물을 완성합니다.
  • TE의 제품개발 프로세스를 실무적으로 이해하고 있음을 보여줍니다.
  • 엔지니어링 도구와 제품 중심 전략을 실제 기술 과제 해결에 적용합니다.
  • 엔지니어링 및 유관 부서 이해관계자와 효과적인 협업 관계를 구축합니다.
  • 업무 결과, 제안사항 및 학습 내용을 명확하게 전달합니다.
  • 다음 엔지니어링 로테이션과 더 넓은 책임을 수행할 준비가 되어 있음을 보여줍니다.

We are looking for

  • 기계공학, 재료공학 또는 전기공학 분야 학사 학위
  • 담당 책임의 범위를 점진적으로 확대해 온 1 ~ 3년의 전문 실무 경력
  • 기계공학 또는 전기공학 분야 석사 학위 소지자 우대
  • 3D CAD 및 CAE 활용 역량, 특히 정적 구조 해석과 열·전기 해석
  • 영어 활용 역량 필수
