We’re seeking a Quality Systems Lead to serve as the site’s Quality Representative. This role ensures compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) and supports continuous improvement across the organization. Candidates from all industries are welcome

Main responsabilities

Lead site Quality Systems and act as Quality Representative

Oversee NCR, Complaints, CAPA, supplier audits, and document control
-
Manage inspection/verification equipment and maintain compliance records

Conduct Management Reviews, internal audits, and support external audits

Provide QMS training and promote a culture of quality
-
Partner across teams on product development, V&V, design transfer, and process inspections
Your ideal background
-
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years related experience (Master’s preferred)
-
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and IVDR (EU 2017/746) preferred
-
Proficient in MS Excel/Word; strong analytical and communication skills
-
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
