Integrated Marketing Specialist Omnichannel (Remote)

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.

The integrated marketing specialist will serve on the IVD marketing team and in close collaboration with the Sales team. His/Her initial focus will be on consolidating the value proposition for the IVD business at different channels (e.g. fairs) and content creation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to implement a marketing strategy and drive execution. The candidate will be commercially savvy with a strong will to win - success in the role will be measured by a well-developed pipeline and the delivery of consistent multi-year revenue growth.
The Integrated Marketing Specialist IVD will report to the Marketing Manager for the IVD portfolio.


  • Leads the strategic implementation, and evolution of the brand and other marketing channels different to the digital (but complementary to) in order to increase visibility, awareness, engagement, conversion and loyalty across focus segments and the business as a whole.
  • Proactively shapes GTM integrated marketing plans, campaigns and programming and support end-to-end multi-channel content experiences that accomplish the goals of the business and segment strategies; oversees development and management of the lead funnel to produce desired outcomes and deliver on KPIs.
  • Generates both broad as well as targeted awareness of the IVD portfolio, products, services and value proposition among key stakeholders, customers / OEMs and prospects, partners, media, influencers, employees and the community.
  • Drives the development of Integrated MKT KPIs and scorecard reporting processes to demonstrate progress against goals; forecasts, tracks, and analyzes marketing initiatives
  • Collaborates with agencies (internal / external)
  • Actively monitors and analyzes industry trends, competitive activities, business outcomes, key customer / OEM strategies and synthesizes these into insights that inform and drive the brand, digital and e-commerce strategies, and marketing communications activities.

What your background should look like:

  • 5+ years of brand and integrated marketing experience, in a B2B environment for technically orientated products, ideally with experience in healthcare, life sciences or medical device industries. Diagnostics or microfluidics sectoral experience a distinct advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, marketing, or communications; global experience a strong preference.
  • Proven experience in working in a team where brand development and evolution - creating, launching, and/or revamping a brand with meaningful outcomes .
  • Strong hands-on (detail-oriented perfectionist).
  • Able to take ownership, work independently, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues.
  • Analytical and results-drive; proven track record of measuring outcomes, tracking trends/results and ROI, and leading courageously.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast past environment and as a team player
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort synthesizing ideas, communicating insights, driving actions, and interpreting results.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex programs simultaneously and delivering on deadlines.
