Job Overview

As an Electrical Engineering Intern on our Automotive team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to cross functional teams to realize manufacturing improvements
  • Manufacture scrap reductions
  • Create or maintain design documentation, system/software configurations
  • Audit manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality and process standards are followed
  • Print reviews and updates
  • Proactively ensure a safe work environment for all 
  • Gain limited experience with vision systems, robotics, and PLC logic

What your background should look like:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Program, preferred Major(s): Electrical Engineering
  • US citizen or legal right to work in the US
  • Programming experience
  • Basic circuits mastery
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics
  • AutoCad skills preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Technical aptitude with a hands on mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Self motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills


This position is located in our Greensboro, NC plant.
