Key Responsibilities
- Comply with Manufacturing Policies, Procedures, and the Quality Management System.
- Review and release work orders daily.
- Achieve Production, Quality, and Delivery metrics (pieces per hour and headcount).
- Develop, motivate, and guide assigned personnel to meet production goals.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are under control according to standard work procedures.
- Coordinate the transfer of responsibilities and information between shifts.
- Maintain efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure proper area documentation.
- Ensure accurate payroll administration for assigned personnel.
- Supervise correct scrap reporting on production lines.
- Develop personnel to ensure coverage for critical positions.
- Ensure compliance with the Production Plan.
- Participate in and apply TEOA tools.
- Achieve Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost (SQSC) objectives.
- Develop direct reports through effective leadership and coaching.
- Ensure personnel training compliance.
- Manage operations through established systems.
- Promote and enforce preventive Health and Safety measures to avoid accidents or illnesses.
- Participate in the implementation and development of Company Management Systems, Certifications, and Programs.
- Perform any other activity required by the Supervisor or Manager.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience:
3–5 years in a similar position.
Languages:
English
Spanish (is a plus)

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $76,400 – $95,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
