Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Transport finished materials from production cells to the Shipping area using forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts.
- Stage and prepare materials for shipment to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Put away incoming and finished materials into designated stock locations.
- Support shipping operations as needed to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Audit finished production orders to verify quantities, labels, and documentation accuracy.
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles and maintain organized racking and shelving.
- Organize, straighten, and reassign shelf locations to support efficient material flow.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and shipping operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and documents in English.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using simple systems.
- Basic math skills.
- Prior experience operating stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts.
- Ability to work independently after training and collaborate in a team environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
- Ability to climb ladders as needed.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Work Environment:
· Work performed in a shop environment.
· Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33,200– $49,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
