Job Overview
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality (MQ) Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that all incoming materials and manufactured products meet TE’s high standards for quality and performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on inspection work, precision measurement, and contributing to product excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
- Take measurements using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other inspection tools
- Review and verify material certifications and documentation for compliance
- Perform first article and in‑process inspections on manufactured products
- Identify and escalate quality issues or discrepancies to the Quality Manager
- Conduct shop floor audits to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
- Record inspection data and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Support inspection of critical components and high‑priority materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments
- Experience using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $38,700 – $48,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
