Job Overview

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality (MQ) Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that all incoming materials and manufactured products meet TE’s high standards for quality and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
• Take measurements using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other inspection tools
• Review and verify material certifications and documentation for compliance
• Perform first article and in‑process inspections on manufactured products
• Identify and escalate quality issues or discrepancies to the Quality Manager
• Conduct shop floor audits to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
• Record inspection data and maintain accurate quality documentation
• Support inspection of critical components and high‑priority materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments
• Experience using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, move, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
