You will work closely with cross-functional leaders worldwide, gaining visibility into end-to-end supply chain operations. This position offers the opportunity to drive measurable improvements in working capital, service levels, and operational efficiency while building scalable global standards.

 

Your daily tasks:
Develop and implement global inventory strategies, including policies for safety stock, segmentation, and replenishment
Balance service levels, cost, and risk across regions, plants, and product lines
Lead inventory optimization initiatives leveraging data analytics and demand/supply inputs
Oversee inventory levels across global plants, warehouses, and distribution centers
Monitor and manage key KPIs such as inventory turns, days on hand (DOH), excess & obsolete (E&O), and service levels
Act as the inventory subject matter expert within S&OP / IBP processes, providing scenario analysis and risk mitigation plans
Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean / Six Sigma projects

 

 

Your ideal background:
Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or materials management within a global manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of inventory optimization, demand/supply variability, and working capital management
Experience working in S&OP / IBP processes and cross-functional planning environments
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data governance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global, matrix organizations
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
