Position Overview

Overview: In order to secure the right competency in the engineering, we are empowering the Value Analysis & Value Engineering (VAVE) team to strengthen its capability to maximize the business profits and upfront technical readiness as critical portion of Optimized Engineering Solution. By the reason, we are happily asking the requirement of the new position for talent recruiting. 
The new position will help to Value Adding over entire product life cycle (PLC) with engineering team and diverse functions – Operation, Quality, Procurement, Sales etc. by close collaboration and strong teamwork with passionate communication. 

Major Job Responsibilities: VAVE Program management  
From the phase of target project selection to the phase - deep dive ideation, ensuring the project execution on time, on cost and on quality together with related functions. Regular alignment with global teams to be in line with performance tracking system.
On time escalation toward management team including engineering head in case necessary. 

Objective and Scope: Manage the timeline / Finding new opportunities with related teams by the intensive meetings or workshops  / Continuous product cost improvement in mass production / Regular project team meeting for tracking the progress / Regular management call / Cost breakdown for the product analysis.

Work Description

-Monitoring and managing the project status.
-Managing the open issues and organizing the team to follow up.
-Picking up the cost saving items from the industry and encouraging VAVE mindset for successful implementation / Link to mass production
/ Information sharing with a new tech engineering team for technical competency improvement and synergy 
Regular reporting / escalation (if necessary) to get right support in time
-Support implementation – scheduling (including customer, operation, LAB etc.)

Qualifications

1)Competencies & Skills 
•For the regular meeting and collaboration with global teams, intermediate English level is highly required.
•We highly welcome passionate and proactive behavior equipped talent.
•Basic knowledge in automotive area - especially electric / electronic component business for the future business preparation
2)Experience
•Experience of cost analysis, BOM (Bill of Materials) understanding, project management is preferred but not mandatory.
•Welcoming junior level (less than 3 years’ experience) in the automotive industry (New product development, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales etc.).
3)Education 
•Mandatorily required Engineering bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electronic, Electronic, Material, Mathematics etc.)
4)Professional Training & Certifications 
Problem solving skills and certifications are preferred (e.g. :  Six-sigma, Red X, Fault Tree analysis, Fishbone diagram, 5-why analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis. Etc.)
