- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance across all projects

- Create and update project management policies and procedures

- Monitor project performance upon strategic objectives

- Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes

- Facilitate PAC (Project Approval Committee) for project approval processes

Process Improvement

- Analyze current project management processes and identify improvement opportunities

- Implement standardized tools and systems for project management & tracking

- Lead change management initiatives related to project management practices

Training & Support

- Provide training and mentoring to project managers and team members

- Support project managers with tools, techniques, and guidance

Digital Strategy & Vision

- Develop and execute digital engineering transformation roadmap

- Lead adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, cloud computing, digital twins)

- Drive innovation through digital experimentation and proof-of-concept

• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Previous experience in process improvement or organizational development

Education – 필요 학위(전공)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Additional certifications like PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master valuable

Professional Training & Certifications – 필요 자격증 및 전문 교육

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Digital transformation or enterprise architecture certifications are valuable
