MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER II
Job Overview
•Designs, researches, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry of electric equipment and other hardware systems.
•Support manufacturing hardware standards development in the areas of PLC controls, HMI, RFID, Mobile Devices and MES System.
•Deploy the manufacturing of PLCs Programming with state-of-the-art technology to reduce the cycle time and increase the productivity on the site.
•Work closely with the MES Application developers to implement required PLC logic change requests and maintain and comply with software change control procedures.
•In addition to the MES responsibilities, this position will also support the Controls Functional Excellence Leader in sharing and documenting best practices and standards around the corporation.
Deeply Involve in Digital Factory with implementing MES System and support the OPC server to manage the control layer and MES Layer.
Work Discription
-And Suggest the control philosophy for Digital Factory to lead the state of the art technology in the manufacturing industries.
-PC programming which used on site, have to be analyzed and upgrade the more effectively, and get in involving the new projects of localization of machine.
-Consider the RTD Projects from the Global Team how to reflect the RTD Projects to manufacturing line to change and implement the programming and Robot.
-PLCs, HMI, Motors, electric parts, controls parts and safety standard parts should be analyzed and develops for getting the completive status on site.
-Support the production line to solve the critical problem with Red-X Problem Solving Tool And work with MPE to optimize the production line.
Qualifications
•PLCs knowledge Basic
•Network knowledge and VB, C#, SQL
•Project Management skills, planning, prioritizing and goal setting expert knowledge in Controls System Architectures and Programming.
