1.SMD 제품에 대한 Set-up 및 순회 외관 검사 업무 (치수 측정 & 외관)
2.부적합품 격리 및 Containment action, 출하금지 요청
3.품질 이슈 사항 재발 방지
4.NCR 조기 발견 및 개선 계획으로 전환
Work Description
- 외관 검사
- 치수검사
- 공정 재고 소급
- 창고 재고 소급
- SAP 전산 재고 확인
- 출하금지 요청
- 변경점에 대한 제품 상태 확인
- 변경점에 대한 제품 구분 격리
- QIP 기록 관리
- 불량 Report 작성
