Job Overview

-    Manage customer complaints about product quality
-    Respond to the internal/external customer needs with quality concerns
-    Analyze customer complaints and identify non-conforming issues
-    Improve product quality with the internal process improvement procedure to achieve customer satisfaction and reduced customer quality complaints and quality costs
-    Systemize the customer quality record and data
-    Develop solutions to quality problems and make the product quality stable

What your background should look like:

-    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related discipline
-    Minimum 3+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance
-    Minimum 3+ years of work experience dealing quality issues with the overseas customer
-    Experience in completing 8D report preferred
-    Able to conduct statistical data analysis using Excel
-    Advanced English level
-    Maintain positive relationship with the stakeholders
-    Positive and proactive Attitude
