SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST II

Position Overview

-  Planner of Production SCM – As a planner of Production SCM  for PSP (KSP2) , to meet each KPIs like STR/ Inventory turns/ Reserve/ billing target etc. and finally  to meet business target for TEK

<Strategic of Material : Inventory 11.5 turns,  DSCD above 98.5% (CRD, CSD), non-active inventory below 2% (vs total INV), 90% within 3 month MOS, Past due below 3% of total backlog >

Job Responsibilities

-As a production Planner, At first Check a urgent items and Schedule and then make&handle  a production schedule, also require a short of Components in follow schedule
-every months and year, Set up our inventory target(Turns) and Control the total stock(inbound vs out bound), also we should not make a Excess or Non-active stock, at the same time we must get a Satisfaction about a lots of  Our customer’s needs
-Check more than 16 Months Forecasting Data from JDA SOM(S&OP Meeting) and Calculate M/C, Tool, vendor’s  Capacity and then  we are going to suggest add tooling or leveling each capacity
-A new product coming, attend the CFT meeting and request our needs what required, also suggest a Product place with Capacity and support to product the items until does not have a problems in production
-Finding over capacity and dummy orders, and then communicate with customers about abnormal orders , control abnormal items with our vender/production shop
-Every month, I will check M/C Capa, Each Material capa, shop Capacity
And then, Our Team members are leveling the capacity by M/C, materials, each shop or suggest add tooling

•Kinaxis RR
•SCP TEOA
•TED
•MS Office
•Written and spoken English
2)Experience
•Relevant product or industry experience desired
•Work experience using SCM software ( SAP/ JDA/ Kinaxos RR, Other ERP programs )
•SMERP consulting experience
3)Education 
•4-years business or industrial engineering degree required
