LOGISTICS ANALYST IV
Job Description
TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
Role Summary
• Develop supply constraints based on demand forecast and business trends, information gathered working with Sales team, Product managers, Customers and Supply Chain teams
• Responsible to run monthly supply reviews as part of the Sales and Operation Planning and propose improvements where required
• Maintain supply constraints status including capacity and production, material issues from suppliers to response customers demand
• Recommend inventory strategy
• Analyze supply related issues such as capacity, material issues, production problems to response customers demand
• Regularly audit current practices to challenge the teams, bring awareness to make sure that change and continuous improvement become mindset
• Understand market Lead time requirements to better serve the customers and implement a pro active supply chain
Job Summary

- Maintain supply constraints status including capacity and production, material issues from suppliers to response customers demand
- Recommend inventory strategy
- Support, train demand analyst
- Managing SAP master data for newly updated
- Responsible to run monthly supply reviews as part of the Sales and Operation Planning and propose improvements where required
- Regularly audit current practices to challenge the teams, bring awareness to make sure that change and continuous improvement become mindset

Qualifications
•Preferred 10+ years of SCM experience especially in SCM planning and logistics in the automotive division.
•Fluent experience with global meeting in English
•Excellence in MS-Office (Excel/PPT), well known about data management tool.
•Full experience in SAP PP / MM Module is required.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business degree required
•Fluent in spoken & written English (Toeic 820, Toeic speaking Level 7, OPIC IH)
