Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams make sure products and their parts meet specifications and quality standards. They test and check products based on performance and reliability to confirm quality and decide if items are ready for release.

Job Requirements

This is a temporary role

Inspect incoming materials and finished products before shipping. The following tasks must be handled with or without reasonable accommodation:

Follow all company policies, guidelines, and procedures

Inspect incoming materials

Evaluate suppliers

Check products before shipment as needed

Verify products that have been audited

Resolve job-related issues quickly in a way that supports company goals and promotes harmony

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business operations and do other needed duties

What your background should look like

High school diploma or GED required

Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to use measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, tool scopes, and scales

Read and understand documents such as policies, procedures, drawings, and other relevant materials

Communicate verbally and in writing to share information required for essential tasks

Apply common sense to follow detailed written or spoken instructions

Solve problems efficiently

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33,200 – $49,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
