Job Overview
TE Connectivity's quality control and reliability teams ensure that products and/or product components meet specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products based on performance and integrity criteria to ensure quality and reliability and determine suitability for product release.
Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits on all running stamping presses, verifying and collecting data on the current factory order.
• Check if setup samples are present at the press and ensure they align with production requirements.
• Perform quality checks based on the product family, primarily visual inspections.
• Identify any issues and promptly notify the Group Leader to initiate the containment process.
• Verify that required gages are present at the press area and confirm that produced parts pass gage inspections.
• Ensure open boxes on the floor are properly managed to prevent mixed material, when applicable.
• Confirm that no excess labels are printed to prevent material mix-ups.
• Check if the preventive maintenance for the die is past due by reviewing the monitoring system.
1st shift Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm .
What your background should look like:
• Experience in quality inspection, preferably in a stamping or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, visual inspections, and containment procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard audit checklists.
• Strong communication skills to report issues and coordinate with production teams.
• Basic understanding of factory orders, gage usage, and preventive maintenance tracking.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $43,000 – $64,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
