Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.


As the Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:


- Regional responsibility for several customers from the CAM segment (Veoneer, Autoliv and others) with focus to increase revenue, profitability and account penetration
- Provide full customer support in all technical-related and commercial topics, and develop account in order to become TE a strategic partner
- Identifying the needs of the customer and, together with the customer, finding appropriate solutions for customer applications and promoting TE’s technical and technology portfolio
- Opening up new business areas and increasing customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle from the preparation of the offer to the conclusion of the contract
- Lead price and contract negotiations and follow up on current opportunities and projects
- Support of business processes with the customer on a global level
- Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and expansion of the existing product portfolio
- Definition of future-oriented sales strategies

What your background should look like:

-  Bachelor / Master degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial engineering
- Previous experience in sales & marketing, preferable in the automotive business
- Knowledge of trends, technologies and product portfolio and the relevant customer applications
- Analytical and Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on priorities
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with business plans
- Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets
- Work self-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to create internal and external networks over all hierarchy levels, strong communication skills
- High level of written and verbal English communication skills
- Flexibility in working days and travelling and valid driver’s license
- Fun in working with international teams and in a dynamic matrix organization
