Our objective is to build a world class Global Trade Services organization. The Global Trade Services Policy & Procedures Analyst I will help manage TE Global Trade Services trade policies, procedures, instructions, directives, templates, and published guidance. The Analyst I will be responsible for interfacing with Subject Matter Experts in trade compliance to develop and revise standard documentation related to trade activities.

Responsibilities

o    Manage the creation and maintenance of Global Trade policies, procedures, instructions, directives, templates, and other published guidance (“Command Media”).
o    Guide stakeholders through the pre-defined change management process for revising currently published Command Media.
o    Establish effective business partnerships within the global trade team, encouraging team members supporting different regions and businesses to be involved.
o    Drive continuous improvement actions and mindset within the Global Trade Services organization and other functions and businesses across the corporation.
o    Collaborate with other GTS PMO team members to deliver a variety of projects related to the function’s SharePoint site, standard reporting, and other areas.

Minimum Qualifications

o    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related discipline
o    0+ years of relevant work experience related to managing corporate policies and procedures or related to global trade compliance topics (exports, customs, sanctions, etc.)
o    Preferred: Knowledge of laws and regulations in the United States, Mexico, China, India, Germany, France, and other countries related to export controls, customs, sanctions, and embargoes.
o    Motivated individual able to learn quickly and work in a self-directed work environment with minimal supervision
o    Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to audiences within the Company
o    Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
o    Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Tableau, or Edge a plus

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $56,900 – 85,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
