Job Description: 

TECHNICIEN QUALITE (H/F)

 

Le technicien qualité est responsable du traitement des réclamations clients. Il assure le suivi des actions liées au traitement des réclamations conformément aux procédures de l’entreprise. Il coordonne les activités pour gérer les non-conformités, en collaboration avec les partenaires compétents.
Il intervient également dans une organisation axée sur la réalisation d’activités selon un mode opératoire ou une procédure, dans le périmètre qui lui est attribué.

 

Job Requirements

  • Traiter les réclamations clients dans les délais : 8D/TECHS : Recueil des informations sur les réclamations, analyse et rédaction des rapports correspondants
  • Définir les activités de sécurisation clients
  • Analyser les résultats de contrôle qualité suite à une non-conformité
  • Réaliser les activités de traçabilité suite à une non-conformité
  • Définir et suivre les actions correctives et préventives
  • Rédiger les avis de non-qualité interne/externe (QM) et aguiller les pièces (retouches/rebuts)
  • Alerter un tiers compétent en cas de production litigieuse
  • Participer aux revues des non-conformités
  • Réaliser des audits process/produits
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des plans de contrôles produits
  • Participer au traitement des dossiers expertises
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité clients : Nombre de réclamations, PPM et délais
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue

What your background should look like

Diplôme Bac +2 ou +3 en mécanique
Une expérience dans un secteur lié au nucléaire constitue un avantage
Compétences dans l'utilisation d'outils de contrôle
Maîtrise des outils informatiques
Capacité à interpréter des plans
Connaissance des progiciels de gestion intégrée
Anglais technique
