Reporting to the Quality Manager the training coordinator will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the site training activities in Creganna Medical. The training coordinator will provide advice and guidance to all employees, whilst at all times adhering to the principle duties and responsibilities. The training coordinator will help identify what training is needed to drive the ongoing enhancement of employee skill sets. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver induction training to new employees.
  • Review change controls and assign training as required.
  • Ensure training records are accurate, legible and uploaded on the internal Training System, maintaining the hardcopy and filing records appropriately.
  • Maintain the internal Training System reflecting employee details and training requirements.
  • Maintain and develop training curriculums based on departmental positions. 
  • Manage and maintain a training system that captures and measure training effectiveness
  • Identify training gaps and action accordingly.
  • Arrange support meeting for line managers addressing training issues or concerns.
  • Support the preparation, implementation and on-going maintenance of the QMS systems and operational procedures, policies and other related documentation, in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and regulatory guidance.
  • Organise and schedule annual GMP refresher training program.
  • Provide support and evidence of training completion as requested.
  • Facilitate the company in internal and external training audits as required by regulatory bodies, customers etc.
  • Support and own actions for CAPA, NC’s, Audit findings.
  • Own and update training documents.
  • Collate and communicate training metrics both weekly and monthly.
  • Participation in projects driving process improvements.

What your background should look like:

  • Have excellent attention to detail and be able to work on one’s own initiative.
  • Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages with the ability to maintain various systems in an accurate and up to date manner.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills presenting a professional, friendly and courteous behaviour displaying company values at all times.
  • Good working knowledge of regulatory requirements and audits.
  • Background and experience in medical device would be an advantage.
