Position Summary: 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the Medical business. This is a global role that will interact directly with finance and plant management at all of our manufacturing sites and product lines. The successful candidate must be able to achieve results through influence and maintain good working relationships across multiple time zones and cultures.
Key to success will be your ability to manage large volume of data from multiple sources to produce clear financial commentary, multi-task on different priorities and thrive under pressure. 


Key Responsibilities of the Position:


  • Manage and coordinate annual budget, strategic plan and quarterly forecasting cycles
  • Consolidation and transfer of data to financial systems used in the reporting and forecasting process
  • Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary for month end reporting and Budget/ Forecast cycles
  • Partner with other finance/non-finance functions to maintain monthly/quarterly summary files tracking ongoing and planned projects in the Medical BU. 
  • Lead change management and drive continuous improvements by leveraging best practices, standardization of processes and automation to scale the business
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required

What your background should look like:


  • Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance preferred) 
  • 5 years’ experience in a global finance analytical role
  • Ability to interact effectively and influence decision making 
  • Able to picture “simple” solutions to complex business scenarios involving multiple systems, multiple sources of manual and automated data and accounting disciplines across multiple regions
  • Extensive and exceptional MS Excel knowledge and experience 
  • Ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner and relate to colleagues at all levels and in all locations
  • Highly flexible and open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and a focus on business impact
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly



  • Multi-national experience, manufacturing background is a plus
  • Oracle/SAP, Hyperion, TED, TEBIT
