Role Description

TE Connectivity is looking to hire an Analyst with at least 18 months of consulting experience as a Business Analyst and an interest in Corporate Strategy.

  • Develop creative strategies to address complex project assignments effectively.
  • Identify pivotal trends in markets, industries, and competitors impacting our business.
  • Collaborate across Corporate Strategy and business units to solve intricate business challenges.
  • Translate business requests into well-defined problems for analysis.
  • Conduct analyses generating impactful insights and develop analytical models.
  • Support the annual strategy development process.

What your background should look like:

  • Minimum 18 months' Business Analyst experience in consulting.
  • Proficient in solving complex problems with a hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to convey complex analysis succinctly.
  • Active listening abilities and adeptness in integrating information.
  • Familiarity with strategy tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Team player mindset with a desire for professional growth.
  • High cross-cultural awareness and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Hands-on and committed to integrity, accountability, teamwork, and innovation.

This is a fully remote position within the EMEA region with 10% travel.
