- Lead with Influence: Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute the TEOA strategy, embedding Lean principles into the fabric of the organization.
- Drive Results Through Kaizen: Facilitate and lead impactful kaizen events that deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Establish Systems: Build and sustain daily management systems, standard work, and structured problem-solving practices
- Coach at the Gemba: Be a visible, hands-on leader who teaches by doing—coaching teams at the point of work to solve problems and improve processes.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and grow Lean capability across the organization and be a catalyst for leadership development.
- Foster a Culture of Inquiry: Encourage curiosity, challenge the status quo, and promote a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.
- Model Extreme Ownership: Take full accountability for team outcomes, breaking down silos and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Make it happen attitude.
- Think Strategically: Translate business strategy into actionable improvement plans with clear metrics, milestones, and contingencies.

- Expand Lean Beyond Operations: Collaborate and Lead Lean deployment in non-operational functions including: Materials & Supply Chain, HR, Finance, EHS and Quality.
- Demonstrate “And” Mindset: Consistently challenge trade-offs by pursuing breakthrough solutions that deliver cost efficiency ‘and’ quality, speed ‘and’ sustainability—without compromise.

What your background should look like
Qualification:
- Level 8 degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Operations, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or operational excellence roles.
Key Requirements:
- Industrial, Automotive or Medical Device industry experience
- Danaher Business System experience or similar an advantage.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Lean tools
- Proven track record of leading kaizen events with quantifiable business impact.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills across all levels.
- Experience applying Lean in both operational and transactional environments.
- Demonstrated success in applying “And” thinking to deliver high-value, multi-dimensional outcomes.
- Ambitious and growth-oriented, with a drive to raise expectations, challenge limits, and deliver transformational change.
- Bias for action—able to cut through complexity, mobilize teams, and deliver results fast.
- Self-directed and disciplined, with the ability to manage competing demands and deliver results in a complex, high-performance environment.
