TE Connectivity's Health & Welfare Teams provide or coordinate employee-related health and wellness programs, including medical care, medical screening and health education. They may manage the company's internal employee-oriented medical activities including medical leaves of absence and individual employee health records.


This is a part time role 2-3 days per week.

Job Responsibilities


Further Duties


  • Organise and administer pre employment medicals/re-deployment health assessments and health surveillance programmes for staff identified by risk assessment.
  • Routine administration of the Occupational Health department such as Vaccination programmes, audiometry testing, pregnancy risk assessments etc
  • Comply with local and global company policies and any other applicable legislative requirement, i.e. GDPR and Health and Safety regulations
  • Co-ordinate health promotion events and support employees with their occupational health needs while at work and advise on work related activities
  • Participate in claims management meetings
  • Manage the onsite Mental Health First Aid Team and act as a referral point to the EAP service
  • First-Aid back up to onsite first aiders to any on-site injuries, and arrange effective prompt follow-up
  • Remain up-to-date on best practices, new techniques and any relevant changes in legislation



  • Registered with NMBI. (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
  • H.Dip/Msc in Occupational Health, Safety and Hygiene.
  • Registered with An Bord Altranais
  • Minimum 5 years post registration. Minimum of 3 years in Occupational Health in an industry/manufacturing setting
  • Broad Experience with people and excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent PC skills and the ability to multi task is important
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Preferable previous experience in a Manufacturing Environment
