  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within balloon forming processes, implementing simpler, more robust ways of working.
  • Apply a structured problem‑solving approach to identify root causes of quality and technical issues and implement permanent, effective corrective actions.
  • Improve balloon forming manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; and interfacing with equipment vendors.
  • Resolve quality and technical issues promptly to minimize impact on product supply and customer delivery.
  • Investigate and evaluate new process technologies, assessing technical feasibility, risk, and cost‑benefit to support competitive advantage.
  • Support the implementation and sustainment of equipment maintenance procedures for critical manufacturing equipment.
  • Work as part of the Production Support team to drive product and process improvements and developments.
  • Support new equipment introductions and process changes, including EIQ/EOQ, DOE, and Process OQ/PQ validations.
