Overview
This role is part of a global team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and providing consulting on SAP Order Management within a unified global system landscape. The Lead Analyst ensures system integrity and adherence to a global SAP template.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Gathering – Engage with users and stakeholders to define business needs, document functional requirements, and coordinate with other SAP analysts.
- SAP Solution Design – Evaluate business needs, recommend SAP solutions, estimate costs and risks, and propose programming enhancements when necessary.
- SAP Configuration – Translate business needs into SAP configurations, document complex setups, and test and migrate configurations to production.
- Development Support – Define functionality, oversee ABAP development, and ensure efficient and supportable solutions.
- System Testing – Develop integrated test scenarios, conduct testing, and resolve issues.
- Data Migration – Define and verify data mapping from legacy systems to SAP.
- Batch Job & Scripting – Define and manage SAP batch jobs, Unix scripts, and processing requirements.
- Training & Support – Develop training materials and provide training to local teams.
Your ideal background:
Competencies & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP ECC/S/4 Sales and Distribution or IT-related functions.
- Skills: Strong collaboration, independent problem-solving, communication, technical proficiency (SAP, Oracle/PLSQL, XML, Java, etc.), and Microsoft tools knowledge.
- Education: University degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with relevant experience.
- Soft Skills: Ethical, results-driven, innovative, and culturally adaptable with a willingness to travel.
