Job Overview

TE Connectivity Sensors business unite is looking for a product development engineer with electrical engineering background to join the product development team in Galway (Ireland). Interested candidates must be able to communicate effectively, interact with the product development team to ensure successful product introduction.
As a R&D/Product Development Engineer; you will conceive original ideas for new products and contribute to their qualification. 

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Product development (thermoelectrical electrical characterization, 
•    LabVIEW software development
•    Product calibration
•    Conduct feasibility studies 
•    Direct and support detailed design of test and calibration systems
 

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor’s degree in physics or electrical engineering
•    LabVIEW programming capability
•    A professional experience in product development is desired
•    Background in design for manufacturing
•    Proficiency in English (C1) languages is required
•    Experience in mechatronics or sensors industry is desired.
