Position Summary

The Sales Operations Process Analyst, Americas is a Commercial Sales Operations role responsible for executing and supporting the standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the Americas Sales Operations organization.

 

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, Commercial Excellence - Americas, this role enables consistent commercial execution by translating defined priorities into practical workflows, standard work, and system-aligned processes.

 

This role initially focuses on Customer Care and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, with the expectation to expand in scope to support broader Sales Operations processes.

 

This role does not own commercial process strategy or governance, but instead supports execution, adoption, and adherence through process, systems, and data support.

 

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Process Execution

  • Improve Customer Care, OTC, Sales Support, and Service processes.
  • Standardize workflows and document process requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement approved improvements.
  • Support alignment across Sales, Customer Care, and Operations.

Process Standardization & Documentation

  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and training materials.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with SAP, Salesforce, and quality standards.
  • Promote process compliance through communication and follow-up.

Data & Performance Support

  • Monitor process performance metrics and trends.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support reporting enhancements with process insights.

Systems & Tools Enablement

  • Support commercial process execution in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements.
  • Ensure process and system changes remain aligned.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support deployment of new processes, tools, and enhancements.
  • Lead onboarding and process training for Customer Care and Sales Operations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, reinforcement, and process guidance.
  • Identify adoption risks and support cross-functional alignment with leadership and enablement teams.

 

What your background should look like:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in: Sales Operations | Customer Care/Order Management | Commercial Operations
  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and customer service processes
  • Experience developing and documenting standard work and process documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma)
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, or transformation initiatives
  • Experience in manufacturing or B2B commercial environments
  • Exposure to operational reporting or dashboards

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $86,000 - $107,400 $xxx – xxx (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
