Job Overview

Sets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirements

Core Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Skilled Machine Operator requiring precision and accuracy.
  • When cleaning, heavy scraping, wiping, and use of pneumatic tools with wire wheels is required.
  • Document all production activities as required (Autonomous Maintenance, WIP tracking, OEE, etc.)
  • Adhere to all safety policies, including PPE requirements and handling regulations for material ingredients.
  • Help maintain inventory of raw materials and production supplies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, TEOA, and others to ensure product consistency and compliance.

What your background should look like

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to understand and follow written batch instructions and SOPs.
  • Some experience using mixers, scales, and other compounding equipment a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a production environment.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $24.00 - $28.00/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
