Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Energy Division is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our Americas Pricing team. This role focuses on managing pricing strategies and quote processes for large Industrial Renewable contractors and distributors in the energy market. The successful candidate will work closely with regional Product Management and Sales organizations to maximize market share through strategic pricing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Management & Analysis:
- Manage all quotes in collaboration with cross-functional teams for Industrial Contractors and Distributors across the US and Canada
- Create monthly and quarterly performance analyses and develop corrective actions with the sales team
- Ensure accountability within the sales organization for accurate competitive insights and optimal product technology recommendations
Pricing Strategy & Implementation:
- Evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based on cost overhead, current business conditions, and competitive market dynamics
- Conduct comprehensive competitive pricing analysis and monitor the competitive environment
- Project the impact of pricing changes, individual promotions, and rebate programs on revenue
- Ensure pricing alignment to maintain fair and consistent pricing practices across all customers
Process Improvement & Support:
- Drive pricing process improvements to enhance business efficiency
- Participate actively in the annual price change cycle
- Provide backup support for other Pricing Analysts on the team
Key Performance Indicators
- On-Time Performance: Meeting submission deadlines for quotes
- Market Growth: Market share gains and margin improvement (measured in USD)
- Revenue Impact: Achieving targeted price gains
What your background should look like:
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Commercial and Industrial industry preferred
- Background in similar functions (Finance, Customer Service, Pricing) highly valued
Technical Skills:
- SAP experience required
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- MS SharePoint experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Professional Competencies:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
- Proven ability to work effectively in global, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable for deliverables regardless of hierarchy

Language Requirements:
- English proficiency required
- Spanish and/or Portuguese skills strongly preferred

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $63,900 - $95,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
