This role monitors and resolves COOGI errors, supports production reporting and inventory accuracy, trains end users, and works with cross-functional teams to correct recurring system, master data, routing, and material consumption issues.

- Review COOGI entries regularly, resolve errors in a timely manner, and support accurate production reporting, inventory accuracy, and warehouse transactions.
- Investigate recurring COOGI or SAP transaction issues, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and help implement preventive measures to reduce repeat errors.
- Train and coach end users on proper SAP transaction practices to improve process execution, reduce system errors, and strengthen transaction accuracy.
- Work with Engineering, Product Data Management, Planning, Warehouse, and other support teams to resolve issues related to master data, routing, material consumption, system configuration, or production transactions.
- Identify, quarantine, document, and support the resolution of suspect, rejected, or nonconforming material according to Quality System procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, process concerns, policy violations, or system-related risks, while reinforcing company safety rules, quality procedures, and operational standards.
- Verify that production documentation, inspections, performance tracking, required paperwork, and SAP transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Support department initiatives, special assignments, and continuous improvement activities that improve production performance, SAP process accuracy, warehouse transactions, and overall operational efficiency.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing procedures, production line operations, and quality system requirements.
- Ability to perform and support all key jobs within the assigned production area.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, production documentation, and process specifications.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, with preferred experience in SAP manufacturing, SAP warehouse transactions, COOGI management, reporting, and analytics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to identify process or transaction discrepancies.
- Strong communication, coordination, training, interpersonal, and team motivation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, 5S, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What your background should look like
High school diploma or GED required; vocational training, technical certification, or associate degree preferred.Minimum of six years of related manufacturing experience, including hands-on production line experience.Previous experience in a team lead, senior operator, trainer, or production support role preferred.SAP experience, related system training, or relevant certifications preferred.Evidence of continued education, technical development, or process improvement training is preferred.
