Position Overview

The Global Integrated Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs for solutions and products across all media (digital, print, video, event, training, PR). She/he will work closely with Sales and Product Management globally, and will leverage a combination of market and customer insights, competitive understanding and compelling communications to develop strategically differentiated value propositions.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to flawlessly execute a high volume of projects that support a variety of different stakeholders. She/he have experience working in an international environment and will preferably have spent time abroad or even speak another language. This position will report to the head of Global Integrated Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales and distributors, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement.
  • Act as a consultant to and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering and sales to ensure successful development and execution of campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting and summarizing performance data from social activity, paid media activity, email marketing programs, campaign web traffic to, and other metrics as required.
  • Drive marketing programs for distributor channels to support business growth worldwide.
  • Lead and/or support other Energy marketing-related special projects as required.


Experience/ Qualifications


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications
  • 8+ years marketing experience across digital and traditional media
  • Excellent communications skills (written, oral and digital forms) and project management skills.
  • Experience interacting with executive management
  • Experience providing direction to agencies and managing agency relationships and budgets
  • Experience in B2B and Electronics as part of a multi-national business preferred
  • Proven track record of impact on and contribution to the delivery of holistic marketing strategies
  • Fluent in digital media; seamless ability to deliver across the marketing mix from print to digital
  • Previous experience with execution of brand standards and visual design stewardship of a prominent brand or brands
  • Experience with Sprinklr, Eloqua, AEM and Adobe Analytics a plus
