Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our Datacenter Jumper Lab to oversee technician operations, ensure safety protocols, and maintain efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will drive team objectives, enhance productivity, and communicate effectively across various departments.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and allocate work orders to technicians within the lab.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.
- Schedule overtime hours and weekend work as necessary to meet production goals.
- Provide daily updates on production rates and technician performance to management.
- Order essential kits, cables, and materials required for lab operations.
- Communicate with planners and warehouse staff regarding inventory levels and any shortages.
- Collaborate with MV lab technicians to determine jumper testing requirements and ensure quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities (if applicable):
- Monitor adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for lab technicians.
- Analyze production reports and implement process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards in the lab environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within a technical or lab environment.
- Strong understanding of datacenter operations and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $53,800 – $80,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
