Sr. Sales Enablement Lead

Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for a Sales Enablement role as part of the Energy Americas Commercial Excellence group. The Sr. Sales Enablement Lead will deliver the necessary tools, technology, content, training, process, onboarding, and share best practices to support the sales force and increase overall sales productivity. As a valued thought partner, you will be working collaboratively with multiple teams across our company and bring an ownership mentality to the team's performance and growth.TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•    Engage with sales management, account managers, product management, marketing,& sales excellence teams to identify knowledge, skills, systems enablement requirements for the sales teams.
•    Recommend, design, develop and implement sales content, enablement and training solutions, including online learning, instructor-led training, instructional videos, and role play exercises that will     drive attainment of sales goals
•    Enhance onboarding program to ensure a smooth, seamless activity that maximizes sales performance with a shortened ramp up time.
•    Responsible for aligning people, processes, and priorities to increase sales results and productivity.
•    Develop and Manage Americas Customer Outreach strategy to enhance relationships with customers.

 

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and or other related education such as instructional design.
•    You have worked in a sales environment, sales excellence or as a frontline seller using digital tools for the past 3 + years.
•    Experience in a B2B environment in the energy industry is a plus.
•    You are driven to improve the competence of sales for portfolio, selling skills, and tools with demonstratable results.
•    You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    The ability to travel both domestic and international 10% of the time.
